The Impact of a Larger Fire

We have the equipment and vehicles for any water or fire loss.

SERVPRO of Iowa City/Coralville was on this large loss commercial fire earlier this year for about a week. 

This was a commercial fire in a nearly finished retirement community set to open just weeks after the fire. Our major focus was on the part not affected by the fire but all the water the fire department had to use to extinguish the fire. We mitigated all damaged materials and completed a structure dry utilizing a trailer mounted desiccant and other industry methods. We brought a semi trailer that was fully stocked for this job.
